Series Waivers

Formula Pro USA allows qualified and appropriately licensed drivers to compete in the series. Drivers MUST be a minimum of 14 years old to 16 years old (depending on the age limitations of the host track and the host sanctioning body) or older upon the First Day of the event.

All drivers must complete the FPUSA Annual Waiver Package prior to competing in any FPUSA event. Additionally, drivers may be required to complete separate sanctioning host waivers and track waivers as required at each FPUSA event.

• Drivers 18 years of age and older must complete the Adult Waiver portion of the FPUSA Annual Waiver Package.
• Drivers under 18 years of age along with their Parent/Legal Guardian must complete both the Parent/Legal Guardian and Minor Waiver portions of the FPUSA Annual Waiver Package.
